Your repo's overview page may still show activation instructions if the reports uploaded were not uploaded to the Default Branch. To check if this is the case, click on the Commits tab to verify that the commits are showing. 

To determine which branch Codecov has marked as the default, you can visit the Repository's Settings page and check under the Default Branch section to make sure the Branch Name is updated.

Once reports are uploaded from this branch, they will start to show up on the repo overview page.
